The validity of reunion tours without key members has often been called into question; we’ve seen it happen with the current Pantera lineup, with fans and other musicians disagreeing on its appropriateness or legitimacy. While speaking to The Metal VoiceMotörhead drummer Mikkey Dee addressed the topic of possible Motörhead reunions or tribute tours booked without late frontman Lemmy Kilmister, saying simply that it wouldn’t happen under the Motörhead banner.

Dee went on to say that he isn’t judging anyone publicly for how they choose to conduct their reunions but he sees the difference between cash grabs and genuine celebrations of the music.
