Paying with PayPal

At checkout, you can pay with a credit card or log in to your PayPal account. Once logged in, select your preferred payment method and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.

Billing Information

Duplicate Charges

When you place an order, we request an authorization on your payment method. Actual charges are only captured once your order ships.

  • If you see multiple charges, these are likely pending authorizations plus the final charge.

  • If you have concerns, please contact your credit card company or PayPal.

  • Reach out to us directly if you believe you’ve been charged in error, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Information

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on your order’s size, weight, destination, and chosen delivery method. You can preview estimated shipping costs at checkout by entering your address.

All orders are shipped as insured packages with a tracking number for your convenience and protection.

U.S. Shipping Timeframes

  • In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are available.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • UPS shipments provide real-time tracking updates.

  • USPS shipments typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. To check availability, add items to your cart and view the “View Cart” page.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Please note that we cannot ship to all regions due to restrictions.

Pre-Orders

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all products are in stock.

  • To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Our goal is to ship pre-orders by the release date, though supplier delays may occur.

Pre-Order Payments

  • Credit cards are authorized at checkout but not charged until your order ships.

  • Ensure funds are available near the release date to avoid delays.

  • PayPal pre-order payments may process differently. Contact us if you have questions.

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • If UPS Ground is selected with a PO Box address, your order will be switched to USPS Priority Mail, and shipping costs will be adjusted.

  • Expedited UPS shipping requires a valid street address or will default to USPS.

Order Management

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel pending orders by signing into your account. For assistance, please contact our support team.

Updating Shipping Address

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact us with your order number and updated address.

  • For shipped orders, UPS intercepts may be possible but require expedited shipping and an additional fee.

Returns & Issues

Defective Items

Minor imperfections may occur with prints (especially over zippers). If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us for assistance.

International Orders

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot modify customs forms or declare lower item values.

Tracking Information

USPS Tracking

USPS tracking updates may experience delays, particularly when packages transfer between carriers. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 7–10 business days.
