Hours of Operation

We’re available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, excluding US holidays.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Paying with PayPal

When checking out, you have two options: pay with a credit card or use your PayPal account. If you choose PayPal, a login window will appear, where you can select your preferred payment method linked to your account. Follow the prompts to complete the payment.

Duplicate Charges

We obtain an “authorization” when you place an order, but we don’t collect payment until your order ships. If you see multiple charges, it’s likely due to initial authorizations and the actual payment upon shipping. If concerned, contact your credit card company or PayPal. We’ll investigate any duplicate charges promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on items, destination, and preferred shipping method. Estimate shipping costs during checkout by providing your address. Choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

We send your order as an insured package. Each package will get a tracking number.  Each shipment is insured, protecting you from any issues that may arise during shipping.

US Shipping Timeframes

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders with different turnaround times are noted in the product description. You’ll receive an email when your order ships. Track UPS shipments for real-time updates; USPS shipments may take 5-10 days. Expected delivery dates are estimates.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries, but not all due to various reasons. Check if we ship to your country by adding items to your cart and visiting the View Cart page.

Pre-order

Shipping Orders ship when all items are available. If you want available items sooner, place separate orders. We aim to ship pre-orders by release date, but delays may occur due to suppliers. Contact us for status updates.

Payment for Pre-orders

We authorize your card when you pre-order, but payment is captured upon shipping. Ensure funds are available before the release date. PayPal payments may vary; contact us with any concerns.

Shipping to PO Boxes

UPS doesn’t ship to PO Boxes. If you select UPS Ground with a PO Box address, we’ll switch to USPS Priority Mail and adjust shipping costs. Expedited UPS shipping options require alternative addresses or USPS.

Defective Items

Some imperfections may occur with prints over zippers. Contact us if you receive a damaged product.

Cancelling Orders

Sign in to your account to cancel pending orders. Contact us with any questions.

International Duties and Taxes

International shipments may incur duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for these fees. We can’t adjust customs forms or item values.

Updating Shipping Address

Contact us with your order number and new address if your order hasn’t shipped. For shipped orders, intercepts are possible with expedited shipping and incur a fee.

USPS Tracking

USPS tracking may not update promptly due to carrier changes. Standard Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days.
