Refund Processing
Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within a maximum of 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment whenever possible:
- Credit Card Payments: Processed within approximately 5 business days following approval.
- PayPal Transactions: Processed within approximately 5 business days following approval.
- Prepayment (Bank Transfer): Customers must provide accurate and complete banking details to facilitate the refund. Brutal Records is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Instructions
To ensure efficient handling of your return, please follow these guidelines:
- Securely package all items using appropriate materials (e.g., padded envelope, protective wrapping, or sturdy box).
- Include the completed return form with your shipment.
- Ship the package prepaid to the designated return address:

You may reuse the original packaging or provide your own suitable packaging to protect the merchandise in transit.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed accordingly. If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order directly through our website.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Event tickets
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records (due to copyright and anti-piracy regulations)
Brutal Records reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
